Each 2-hour class per week for 10 weeks will include lectures by Dr. Donato with multimedia visual presentation, lecture notes, food samples, food demonstrations, and Dolphin Clinical Rounds.

Internationally renowned raw food expert and co-author of the book Eating without Heating, and Fresh, Sergei Boutenko will be teaching the section on wild plant edibles.

Internationally renowned raw food lecturer, athlete, and author of The 80/10/10 Diet, Nutrition and Athletic Performance, The High Energy Diet Recipe Guide, and Grain Damage, Dr. Doug Graham will be teaching the section on raw food sports nutrition via live webinar.

Amy Donato, PT is Dolphin's Raw Food Prep instructor.  She is a talented and gifted raw gourmet food chef.   She coordinates and organizes the Dolphin's Healthy Boot Camp food sampling.

Bonnie Patterson, PT is Dolphin's Organic Gardening instructor.  She is a talented, gifted, and experienced organic gardener. 

 
Pre/Post Health Screens:

Body fat analysis, body mass index, fat loss monitoring, waist girth measurements, pH tests, and vitals.

Elective Lab Tests (Coronary Risk Profile, Fasting Glucose, Comprehensive Metabolic Panel, CRP, C-Peptide, Sed Rate, Homocysteine, CBC) or Complete Blood Profile.
